About Kimberly Garcia (She/Her)

Kimberly (Kim) Garcia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been practicing since 2013. She received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Master of Social Work degree from Newman University.

Kim believes in meeting clients where they are to empower them to make positive changes, face the things in their past that might be preventing them from moving forward, and challenge their negative thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and trauma.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dog. She and her family like going on walks, playing games, and watching movies. She also enjoys reading and has recently discovered that yoga is not too bad.
