About Amy Wolfe (She/Her)
Amy Wolfe helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical strategies, and evidence-based care. Through her work with LifeStance Health, she serves patients across Colorado, providing individualized therapy that supports emotional wellness, personal growth, and healthier relationships. Amy works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also helping clients address concerns such as grief, life transitions, and additional mental health challenges. Amy is especially passionate about supporting individuals and families facing parental custody concerns and current legal matters. She understands the emotional strain that family transitions, court involvement, and high-conflict situations can create. With a balanced, supportive approach, she helps clients build resilience, strengthen communication skills, manage stress, and move forward with greater confidence during difficult circumstances. In addition to her work with custody and legal-related concerns, Amy provides therapy for relationship difficulties, mood disorders, and trauma-related challenges. She offers both individual therapy and couples counseling, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples and marital counseling techniques, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. Amy believes that successful therapy is built on a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She partners with patients to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create realistic pathways toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Amy earned her education from Creighton University and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling, experiences that help her maintain balance and bring curiosity and perspective to her work with clients.
