Gayle Jones, MSW, LCSW,
About Gayle Jones (She/Her)
Gayle Jones helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and mental health concerns with compassion, clinical expertise, and a practical approach to healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides therapy for patients across Colorado, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health needs. Gayle works collaboratively with each patient to create a safe, affirming environment where meaningful growth and lasting change can take place. Gayle is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital and those participating in court-ordered treatment. She understands that these experiences can feel overwhelming and often require specialized support, structure, and encouragement. Her goal is to help patients build stability, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence while maintaining dignity and respect throughout the therapeutic process. Her clinical experience also includes working with individuals navigating LGBTQ+ experiences, PTSD and trauma, and major mood-related concerns such as bipolar disorder. Gayle has experience supporting diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, military veterans, and first responders. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, while also offering additional therapeutic services tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2015, Gayle has developed a reputation for providing thoughtful, person-centered care that recognizes the connection between emotional wellbeing, life experiences, and overall health. She works with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing challenges related to grief, later-life transitions, medical conditions, pain management, gender identity concerns, and other areas affecting mental wellness. Outside of her professional work, Gayle enjoys snowboarding, bicycling, spending time with her dogs, participating in community groups, discovering great coffee shops, listening to music, and watching movies. These interests help her stay connected to the importance of balance, connection, and personal fulfillment.
