Together you’ll build a trusting relationship in which you can feel safe to be authentic and share openly. You’ll learn how to overcome unhelpful thought and behavior patterns so you can better understand yourself, your current struggles, and past traumas, and move toward more fulfillment in life.
With 18 years of experience, Gen is a compassionate and skilled therapist specializing in couples therapy. Using the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she helps couples deepen their emotional connection, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. Whether you’re navigating communication struggles or seeking to reconnect, Gen meets people where they are and provides a safe, supportive space where both partners can feel heard and understood. Using her understanding of attachment, she will guide you toward more connection and comfort. With a warm, empathetic approach, Gen helps couples connect, heal and create lasting positive change.
When she’s not working with clients, you might find her in the community teaching sexual health education, or spending time with her family and friends in the kitchen, creating art or hiking.
