Cathi Sharp, MA, LPC
Cathi Sharp helps patients and families find emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she provides comprehensive mental health therapy services across Colorado, serving children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors with compassionate, developmentally informed care. Her primary clinical specialties include anxiety, PTSD and trauma, and childhood behavior issues. Cathi works with individuals, couples, and families who are coping with emotional distress, life transitions, grief, and relationship strain. She has experience supporting young children and adolescents as well as teens, helping families address behavioral concerns early while also providing effective therapy for adults and older adults facing stress, trauma, or major changes later in life. She also serves select populations beyond men and women, including individuals connected to adoption or foster care, military members and veterans, and first responders, with additional areas of clinical focus available. Cathi’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These methods are used to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and healing from trauma, while strengthening communication and coping skills that support long-term mental wellness. Treatment is tailored to each patient’s needs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and emotional safety. While she does not identify separate additional specialty tracks, Cathi is deeply committed to providing thoughtful, whole-person care. Her work reflects a passion for supporting individuals and families through complex emotional experiences with consistency, clinical skill, and genuine care. Outside of therapy, Cathi enjoys art and baking goodies with her family, valuing creativity and shared time as meaningful ways to recharge and connect.
