She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also offers additional therapeutic interventions, including mindfulness-based strategies and Psychological Testing, to provide comprehensive care. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2017, Bonnie has remained committed to helping individuals build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and achieve their personal goals. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addiction (Substance Use Disorder) Specialist, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to the therapeutic process. She earned her education through Colorado Christian University.
