My Background and Approach:

I am an outpatient therapist, with two master s degrees in clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor where the therapeutic relationship is a partnership. We may use a combination of DBT, CBT, SFBT, and/or Art Therapy in individual therapy virtually or in-person. Through utilizing the creative process, I encourage you to engage in your own self-improvement based on your chosen goals, objectives, and themes of exploration.

I believe that we are all doing the best that we can with the information and awareness we hold in our mind, body, and spirit, through experience, biology and from generations passed down. Patrick is one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever met. For the first time in my life (58years) I have found a connection with the appropriate therapist for me.
