Monique’s passion is helping people to develop healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthening their relationships. Her skills include bringing healing to those who find their lives unravelling from the experience of a traumatic or stressful event. Monique believes in the power of the human spirit and an individual approach to therapy. Her therapeutic approach incorporates solution-focused, gestalt, existential, person-centered and humanistic approaches, as well as CBT, ACT, DBT. With a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and extensive training and experience in the areas of addiction, domestic violence, and sexual assault and other sexual problems, Monique can facilitate your journey to experiencing yourself as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
