Pamela graduated from Azusa Pacific University in California with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado. She has been working in the Mental Health Field for over 25 years.

Pamela is a caring and genuine person. She is committed to helping you overcome faulty beliefs which hinder relationships. She believes each person is unique and with that understanding uses a multi modal therapy approach to counseling. She collaborates with individuals to help them find the root causes of emotional distress and relationship tensions, with the goal of reframing perceptions, increasing positive thinking, gaining skills in communication and assertiveness, and reducing trauma triggers which cause defensive reactivity. Pamela believes, ‘Each person experiences traumatic events in life, but this doesn’t define a person.’

In her spare time, Pamela enjoys hiking, reading, drawing, and writing.
