Angelica Jordan-Hernandez, LSW, LCSW,
About Angelica Jordan-Hernandez (She/Her)
Angelica Jordan-Hernandez helps teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients throughout Colorado, supporting those who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of major life transitions. Her goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. A particular passion of Angelica’s work is helping individuals explore cultural factors that influence mental health, while also supporting women through unique life experiences and challenges. As a Colombian immigrant, she brings valuable insight into the complexities of identity, acculturation, family dynamics, and the ways culture can shape emotional well-being. She is deeply committed to empowering women and helping clients build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self. Angelica works with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, post-partum depression and anxiety, and midlife or later life transitions. She recognizes that every person’s story is unique and tailors treatment to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies that help clients develop practical tools for lasting emotional wellness. She earned her education through the University of Central Florida, Valencia College, and the University of Kentucky. Throughout her career, Angelica has remained dedicated to ongoing professional growth and providing thoughtful, culturally responsive mental health care. Outside of her clinical work, Angelica enjoys reading, paddleboarding, hiking, spending time in nature, traveling, trying new foods, working out, and making memories with friends and family. She also values opportunities to connect with and support the Latinx community. Through LifeStance Health, Angelica Jordan-Hernandez is proud to serve individuals across Colorado with compassionate therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s mental health concerns, and life transitions. She also provides therapy services in Spanish.
