Outstanding practitioners! I've had three in about 3 years, and each person "got" me. Lifestance's job board must say, "only warm hearts may apply." Each practitioner has taken time to really listen and make realistic suggestions for support and self help. The practitioners have given me small tools for self help such as bilateral stimulation music and light therapy, as well as big tools such as trauma therapy. I've never felt judged. I've always gotten an appointment when needed, and during the hours I was available. The clerical staff is equally astute and knowledgeable. I've always had the help I needed when I needed it with appointments or medicine. Lifestance is a huge company, but I've always been made to feel like a human and not a number. As long as Lifestance accepts my insurance, I'll be a patient.

I love the flexibility of the telemed appointments. Their website also allowed me to pick my provider by the location in my state closest to me so that it is convenient for the times that I do need to go in for an in person visit. My psychiatrist, Katelyn Gray, is friendly and knowledgeable and truly listens when I talk about my wants and needs and how the meds are working. She makes suggestions and prioritizes being on the same go forward game plan, but also empowers me to make the best decision for myself when there are options. I plan to also set an appointment with a therapist as well since my experience with Katelyn has been so positive.

Dr. Nick was very good. He has a very comfortable personality and is very easy to communicate with. I have had other psychiatrists that think more of themselves than their patients. None of that with Dr. Nick. It was obvious that was not the case with him and I was totally at ease with him in the first 5 minutes of my first appointment where as other psychiatrist I have had it was obvious that they were not interested in me after the first 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating when I say LifeStance, and specifically Julie Blumenfeld, have changed my life! I did have some issues with the initial billing. Since I was in such a hard place, I was about to cancel the entire process, but Julie helped me reschedule, get the billing issue fixed, and has been an instrumental part of my healing process. I feel very lucky to have found such a good match. I have seen multiple therapists at different times in my life and at different locations, and Julie has been the best fit, by far.

The intake process was seamless and straight forward. Simple questionnaires were presented to gain more knowledge of who I am as person and what my ultimate goals are in achieving within the realm of counseling. My session was completed effortlessly via Zoom video conference but could also easily be conducted in person if I wanted too. I am excited to continue services and can’t wait for my next therapy session with my new provider. Thank you Life Stance I look forward to working with your company!

Life stance has been a life changing challenge so far, my therapist is amazing. He understands me better then I would have expected. They get me. I can speak without feeling like I'm judge and their community outreach is top of the line, So too all why still have that doubt of getting help, this is the place you want to go for that help. Once you meet life stance and their staff you will all you're self why? Why didn't you do this sooner. Help hss never been so easy
