Can't recommend this clinic highly enough! I'm a strong proponent of mental health and have been with various therapists throughout my life across a few different agencies or private practices. But Cathleen is the best clinician I've ever had - extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and non-judgemental. It's clear that she cares about the work and the clients. And Sarah Masten is a great prescriber. Some doctors take themselves too seriously and seem to be in it for the ego, but Sarah is laid back and takes the time to make sure you're heard. I've never felt like she pushed any agenda and really wants to accommodate my preferences. If you're needing mental health services, come to the Lifestance Lakewood office!

My experience with my provider at LifeStance has been more than I ever imagined it could be. She prescribes for me but more than that she takes time to really understand my unique situation and symptoms. She is always willing to allow me to try and do something different and she has consistently encouraged me and supported me through the challenges I often face. The care I have received from her is the best I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, caring and treats me with respect. I highly recommend LifeStance for your mental Healthcare needs. Mental Health can be hard enough but LifeStance care team makes wellness more attainable!

I met with M. Black. for a follow up visit today by telehealth. She was fantastic. She is through and as able to address all my concerns. She followed up on previous recommendations. She was able to address all my concerns about medications. She sent new medication to.the correct pharmacy that day so I could pick up the same day. She gave me a follow up appointment at end of my visit. I am very thankful for the through care provided.

Though I was late they took me right in, no waiting. They were professional, curtious and cheerful at the desk. Sarah listened to everything I explained about my current situation and some of the past to assess my needs. We talked about different types of meds and how they might work, and scheduled a follow up in a few weeks. I’m hopeful for good results.

I can’t say enough to adequately encompass all of the positive changes in my life, which are a result of my weekly therapy sessions. We should all be so fortunate to have someone we can talk to. Someone who listens to us, offers up non-judgmental thoughts & gives you advice on how to be on a better footing.🙂

My experience has been great. The first provider I met didn’t work for me, but she made sure I was able to find another one in the organization that did work for me. Both providers I met with were patient, I felt like they heard me and wanted to collaborate with me on my treatment, not just dictating to me.
