About Jana Mastrogiovanni (She/Her)
Jana is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who has worked in many different settings with a variety of populations. She has specialized training in substance use disorders, eating disorders, cancer support and other chronic disease, and health promotion/stress reduction. She enjoys building genuine relationships with her clients and believes it to be a priority. She utilizes multiple approaches in her therapeutic session, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, and Mindfulness-based interventions.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids and any kind of outdoor adventure.
