She actively works to help clients identify and resolve the blocks that keep them stuck in negative mood states and/or self-destructive patterns of behavior. To this end, Amy combines extensive training in Brainspotting, play therapy, sand tray therapy, expressive therapies, body-oriented therapies, CBT, Mindfulness, hypnosis, brain-based anxiety reduction strategies, parent training, and art-based therapies to create a unique experience just for you and/or your family members.
