Angela Fair helps teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families throughout Georgia build healthier relationships, navigate emotional challenges, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients with a broad range of additional mental health and life concerns. Angela believes that meaningful change begins in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to discover their own strengths. Angela is especially passionate about helping clients improve relationship dynamics and family functioning. Her work frequently focuses on anger management, relational issues, couples and marriage counseling, and parenting skills. She understands that challenges within families and partnerships can affect every aspect of a person’s well-being. By helping clients strengthen communication, establish healthy boundaries, and resolve conflict more effectively, she supports them in creating more fulfilling and connected relationships. Drawing from evidence-based practices, Angela utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Couples/Marital Counseling, while offering additional therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and first responders, as well as others seeking help for emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. Her approach emphasizes practical skill-building, emotional awareness, and resilience, helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Angela’s counseling philosophy is grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can with the knowledge and resources available to them. She is a strong advocate for helping clients uncover their own inner wisdom while providing professional guidance and support. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2021, she has remained dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful progress and improved emotional wellness. Angela earned her education from Georgia Perimeter College, Colorado Technical University, and Walden University. Outside of her clinical work, Angela enjoys spending time in nature, taking walks, being near the water, hiking, bowling, journaling, writing poetry, and sharing meaningful moments with loved ones. She is passionate about mental health, family systems, parenting, relational wellness, and giving back to her community through service. Angela welcomes individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health therapy in Georgia. Whether you are looking for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, anger management, or parenting concerns, she is committed to helping you move toward greater healing, balance, and well-being.
