About Jennifer Gaul (She/Her)
Jennifer Gaul is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from Walden University holding two master’s degrees in psychology and counseling and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Alabama. Jennifer believes in an eclectic approach to therapy, understanding the uniqueness of each individual. The focus on psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and family systems are utilized as foundational modalities for self-awareness to help alleviate internal conflict. Jennifer is also a trained EMDR therapist focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys playing tennis, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
