I’ve been going here for five years now. I used to go to the Stockbridge office, but now I see someone in the Brookhaven office. I live doing my appointments via telehealth. It makes it so easy to keep them on schedule each month. I’ve been seeing the same provider for a long time now and have a great relationship with her. She understands me and is knowledgeable about my issues. She also cares genuinely about me and remembers me and knows me- not like someone that had to review my files every time. I have been using LifeStance a little over 2 years now. It is extremely easy and convenient, and my life has improved dramatically over the paat 3 years. I absolutely adore my psychiatrist and my therapist I was assigned from the beginning. But good news is that if you do want to change, they make it effortless to do so. I am with Lifestance for a third time. I have been working with Dr. Jaffe and she is amazing and cares for my wellbeing. She listens and works together with me to help achieve a better me. I had two bad experiences with Brooke B., NP and Karen, NP. They made me feel unheard and discounted my feelings. They managed me based on what was easiest for them, not me.

I’ve been with Lifestance Health for a few years and every provider I’ve had is amazing, thorough and has helped me so much in life! I recommend finding a provider through this organization. My only issue has been missing appointments and being charged but that is standard policy and I can’t necessarily knock them for that.

Sabrina Tolson is my therapist. She is honest, helpful and very caring. I am working on improving my coping skills and Ms. Sabrina is the safe person whom I can share all my troubles with.
