I had a great first appointment, I usually struggle with video calls but Brooke was very easy to talk to and listened thoroughly to what I had to say. I was worried the paperwork before would take a long time but it was fairly simple and quick. I was able to get refills on my medication without issue and got another appointment scheduled.
I have had a really great experience with LifeStance thus far. Each time I’ve had to call or go into my portal, I’ve gotten the information I needed. I look forward to connecting with my new therapist and fully experiencing LifeStance through that lens.
The office is very modern and stylish. When I entered the office the staff greeted me with smiles. I did not have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to see my therapist, Brooke Boccaccio. Brooke is kind and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. You will find a positive environment conducive to peace of mind.
Very friendly and understanding. Clearly talks out a plan for treatment. Communicates changes in meds and why we're making those changes. Very pleased with my doctor.
Overall I am pleased with this practice. Their appointments are virtual (with the exception of some in person for specific medications). It can be challenging to get to a person on the phone at times, but the front office staff I’ve dealt with has been very helpful.
