Dr Jaffe is a valuable member of my Healthcare team. I count on her to make medical decisions to protect the balance of my medication. I suffer from chronic pain. My journey has been a 34 year battle starting with a brain injury and moving beyond breast cancer. My experience is vast.i thank God for sending a doctor with her compassion to oversee and protect me as an individual I am not just another client; I am a person. She treats everyone with the dignity we all deserve, no matter what we have not only survived, but what we can hopefully thrive over and be ome better people for what we have experienced. She allows and encourages this transition. I cannot say enough about her ability to see people as people not just another case.

I have been going to Dr. Jaffe since I was very young (approximately since I was around 15-16 years old). She is one of the very few physicians that truly cares about her patients. She is not there solely to prescribe medications to her patients. She truly cares about what is going in someone's life and alters her treatment plan accordingly. Finding Dr. Jaffe completely changed my life. Im one month away from finishing nursing school and I can ASSURE you that I wouldn't be where I am today without her constant support and guidance to get me on the right medications to perform to the best of my abilities.

Dr. Helaina Jaffe is an excellent Physician/Provider. I've been with her for about 2-3 years. She's always been patient and very concerned about my well-being. She's kind & very compassionate; she works to really "listen to understand" as opposed to talk over me or ignore my thoughts about my health situation. She's truly a God-Send! I'm very comfortable referring anyone to her and LifeStance Health. I'm glad I chose Dr. Jaffe! Thank you for your kindness! Thank you for your excellent patient care and concern. You're the best Psychiatrist that I've ever experienced!

I personally ha e been using life stance since 2004. I drive almost 50 miles one way to come see them at my visits. This team is trying the best in the metro Atlanta area if not the best in our entire state of Georgia. I started off seeing the best Dr ever. Dr Asaf Aleem. He has so ce retired and Helaina Jaffe has taken over! The absolute 💯 percent best Female doctor around Georgia. I highly recommend this group state wide but definitely the Brookhaven area. Ive been going for over 20 years and plan on going another 40 if I can.

Dr. Jaffe is the BEST phsychiatrist I have ever seen in my lifetime. Since childhood I have had many psychiatrists, but none even came close to Dr. Jaffe. She is kind, compassionate and very easy to talk to. I always look forward to my visits with her. You won't find a better psychiatrist anywhere that even comes close to Dr. Jaffe. I respect her and I like her very much.

Dr. Jaffe has been such a major influence in me improving my mental health. She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and does her best to understand my needs based on my lifestyle/culture. She does have a limited availability (that comes with being awesome and sought after) but she’s very responsive to emails/messages. 10/10 highly recommend.
