My husband and I are so grateful we found Dr. Le Lang. We both know we have a lot of work to do in our relationship, and we're genuinely happy to have her helping us work toward our goals together. She's easy to talk to, relatable, and has a great sense of humor that helps lighten the mood when we're discussing difficult topics. She creates a space where we both feel comfortable being honest without feeling judged, and that has made such a difference. One thing we really appreciate is that her advice is realistic. She gives us practical tools and suggestions that actually fit into everyday life instead of feeling impossible to follow. She's also been incredibly flexible with scheduling, which makes it much easier to stay consistent with our sessions. We actually enjoy going to therapy, and that's something I never thought I'd say! Every session leaves us with something to think about, work on, and build from. If you're looking for a couples therapist who is compassionate, down-to-earth, funny, and truly invested in helping you grow, we can't recommend Dr. Le Lang enough.

I've been seeing Dr. Le for about a year now (I think? it may be more). She is hands down the best therapist I have ever had. I have some hard issues we are working on, but she has never made me feel anything but comfortable discussing them. But it's not just that she's warm and comforting. She hears me; she listens. But she doesn't coddle me, because that's not what I need. I don't need a therapist saying, "Oh, that must be so hard. I can't imagine." Like... girl, I know it's hard. What I need is a safe space to talk about it and also learn some tools to deal with it and move forward. Dr. Le gives me all of that. I feel safe, and I feel better equipped to handle life when it's hard, which it often is. But I also feel seen and heard when I tell her that good things are happening in my life, because I can tell she is genuinely happy for me.

I highly recommend Dr. Lang. She is compassionate, authentic, thoughtful, and creates a supportive environment where I always feel heard and respected. One of the things I appreciate most is her ability to listen carefully while also offering insightful perspectives and practical strategies that help me navigate life's challenges. Dr. Lang has a wonderful balance of empathy and honesty. She asks meaningful questions, provides valuable feedback, and helps me see situations from new angles without ever making me feel judged. I consistently leave our sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped to move forward. I hate to give this a 4 star review but I have to. My counselor was great and we can touch upon a bunch of subjects but I like the at home experience. I appreciate not having to drive especially when we start talking about deep emotional issues. But I am a smoker and my counselor will not let me smoke while we are talking. That's hard for me and I look at the clock and wonder when the appointment is going to be done instead of really talking about it. I'm not really understanding why I can't smoke while on the phone but that's the way it is and I'm not entirely sure I'll stick with it.

This was my first experience seeing a therapist, after several life changes left me feeling like I had lost a sense of control. Ms. Lang was welcoming, nonjudgmental, and refreshingly straightforward from the start, which I truly appreciated. She listens carefully, offers thoughtful and practical guidance, and creates a space where I feel comfortable being honest. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and believe she is very skilled at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective support.
