See what our patients are saying about Anna Ingram

I am a Veteran (and a human being), so I have issues; I have had several doctors and various therapy types over the past decade. I have to state that this is by far the most impressed I have ever been. Dr. Ingram has a way with her knowledge that gives her the ability to impart it in a way that provides understanding, guidance, and comfort. From session to session I am learning something new, either about myself or a situation that has weighted heavily. This has given me the ability to recognize things that I could not with my past doctors. Thank you, Dr. Ingram!

I love the convenience of having virtual therapy sessions, although I would like to get back to in person. Mrs. Ingram was amazing our very first therapy session and I can’t wait to continue with her every week even in this first session if she has helped me with some tools to control my anger and to communicate better with my spouse.
