Rebecca Baldwin helps adults across Georgia navigate emotional pain, life transitions, and recovery with compassionate, clinically grounded therapy. She provides individual and group counseling at LifeStance Health, creating a supportive environment where patients can safely explore challenges, build resilience, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Her work focuses on empowering adults to move beyond survival mode and into sustainable emotional wellness. Ms. Baldwin specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD, while also supporting individuals facing substance use concerns, grief, and major life transitions. She works collaboratively with patients to strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and restore a sense of purpose and stability. Her therapeutic style balances warmth with evidence-based structure, and she offers additional support across a range of mental health and recovery needs. She is especially passionate about working with individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization. Ms. Baldwin understands the vulnerability of this transition period and focuses on continuity of care, relapse prevention, and emotional stabilization. Her goal is to help patients reestablish footing in their daily lives while reinforcing hope, accountability, and forward momentum. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with additional interventions available to meet each patient’s goals. She has experience supporting first responders and women navigating complex emotional and occupational stressors. Since beginning her practice in 2008, Ms. Baldwin has remained dedicated to delivering thoughtful, recovery-oriented mental health care throughout Georgia. Outside of her clinical work, she finds renewal in journaling, gratitude practices, hiking, singing, cooking, and art collecting, and she values time spent with her close-knit circle of family and friends. She is proud to serve communities across Georgia with accessible, high-quality therapy services.
