Abbie provides a warm and supportive environment that allows clients to feel comfortable. As a counselor she strives to encourage and empower clients as they work through challenges. She believes in a mind-body connection, that thoughts can impact our overall health and well-being. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Person-Centered therapy to help clients accomplish their goals.
