Making an appointment was easy. After sending an initial message from their website, I was able to do everything through the online portal. I had the choice of in person or virtual appointment so I chose “virtual” since that fit my availability and was convenient. The office got right back to me and scheduled my appointment. All the initial paperwork and forms were done on line as well. My first experience with LifeStance was excellent. They sent timely reminders before my appointment. Accessing the portal for my virtual appointment was simple as well and I was able to use my phone.

I intially had a not so great experience at the Kennesaw office. Called in to see if I could speak to someone else and they accommodated me quickly. I was able to meet with Mr. Andrew Daniel today and I can't tell you what a different and truly good experience he made it for me. He actually listened to me, told me near the end of the meeting that he noticed my tics and reactions, and told me that we're going to me back to me properly. I left the appointment feeling fantastic. I did not recieve this level of care or concern at the Kennesaw location.

I have had three appointments with life stance so far. I have enjoyed one of the two psychiatrist that I met with, and just had a 22 minute phone call with the office staff Miranda. Miranda was fantastic. She was patient and kind, didn't mind repeating herself and just full of life. I have found that being able to have my appointments virtually saves me so much time especially when dealing with mental health medicines. My provider, Meah McCray genuinely cares about my well being and is always a pleasure to speak with. Lifestance has been a much more positive experience than I had with another online service I had tried before. Definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Dr. Patel is the best. He is very easy to talk to and gives you the time you need. He seems to really care about his patients. I have never had a problem with his service at all. Now the office staff at the front office in Woodstock needs to be fired. She is very rude and very hard to work with. If it were not for Dr. Patel, I would have already switched Dr’s.
