I’ve met with Mistie twice now and it’s been very helpful already. We meet via video. I’m seeking therapy with ADHd related issues and dealing with low self esteem that has derived from that. I was feeling nervous prior to meeting but I don’t feel concerned at all. She listens very intently and empathetically helps me process my feelings and concerns. I’m looking forward to consistently meeting with her.
