Corinne Springer, MA, LPC, NCC
Specializes In:
I work with children, teens, adults, and families across Illinois who are looking for support through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and not alone—so we can work together to build skills, strengthen relationships, and find a path forward that feels right for you.
I often support people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, along with things like trauma or school-related stress. I draw from approaches like CBT, ACT, and family therapy, but I keep our work grounded in what works best for you as an individual—meeting you where you are, at any stage of life.
I care deeply about helping people during vulnerable transitions, especially after a psychiatric hospitalization. During those moments, having steady, supportive care can make all the difference. I work closely with clients and families to help them feel more stable, rebuild confidence, and ease back into everyday life.
I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in foster and adoption systems, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m committed to making my work inclusive, respectful, and affirming. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your own story.
Outside of my work, I enjoy crocheting, thrifting, baking, making earrings, and watching movies—creative outlets that bring me joy and help me stay grounded.
