Breanna Davies, LPC, helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Illinois navigate life’s emotional and psychological challenges with compassion, clinical insight, and individualized care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other complex mental health concerns. Breanna works to create a therapeutic environment where patients feel safe, respected, and empowered to better understand themselves while building practical strategies for lasting emotional wellness. Breanna is especially passionate about supporting individuals who are recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital and adjusting back into everyday life. She recognizes that this transition can bring uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty reconnecting with routines, relationships, or responsibilities. Her approach focuses on helping patients stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and regain confidence while reducing the risk of future crises or hospitalization. She values consistency, trust, and collaboration in helping patients move toward recovery at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable. Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. Breanna has experience working with patients facing bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and school avoidance, while also supporting individuals through grief, reproductive challenges, and major life transitions. She works with teens, adults, seniors, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, first responders, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she offers support for a variety of additional mental health needs. Breanna began practicing in 2022 and brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into her work with patients. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and family, relaxing with video games, and appreciating the importance of connection and downtime as part of overall mental wellness.
