Alexis Golden, LCSW, provides compassionate, person-centered therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults across Illinois since 2019. At LifeStance Health, she supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health concerns, creating a collaborative and affirming space focused on building practical skills and lasting emotional growth.

Alexis has a special interest in supporting individuals transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization back into daily life. She works closely with clients to strengthen coping skills, rebuild confidence, and establish stability during this critical period.
