Bailey has a passion for helping clients of all ages better understand themselves, navigate life transitions, and develop practical tools to cope with stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on safety, trust, and empowerment. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients identify patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful, values-aligned changes. She also has experience working with children and adolescents, meeting them at their developmental level and using play-based and creative interventions to support emotional expression and safely process difficult or traumatic experiences. She strives to create a supportive space where every client feels heard, respected, and free to show up as their authentic self without judgment.  In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, attending concerts and sporting events, and playing games on the Nintendo Switch. She proudly roots for the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, and Milwaukee Brewers.
