About Michael Russell (He/Him)
Michael Russell II is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. Michael believes that an optimum level of health can be reached through therapeutic therapies that are customized towards an individual’s goals in life. He is focused on a collaborative approach to psychotherapy. Michael firmly believes, that the client already has all the answers inside of them. His goal is to integrate the tools and resources necessary to help support an individual find solutions to their problems through varying cognitive and behavioral approaches. Outside of work, Michael enjoys walking dogs, playing tennis, and taking trips. (And when he says walking dogs, he says that with a grin, because he has five of them).
