Jenny Kepler, LCSW, CADC, provides a safe, accepting atmosphere for clients to explore issues and overcome challenges. Jenny received a BA from Lake Forest College and an MSW from Loyola University Chicago. Throughout her career, she served clients of all ages in outpatient, educational and private practice settings. In therapy, Jenny uses various type of treatment models including CBT, DBT and psychodynamic to achieve progress. When appropriate, play therapy and/or art therapy is incorporated to help clients express themselves and work through issues in a less formal and therefore less threatening manner. Jenny is a certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC). No matter the situation, her goal is to help clients identify strengths, navigate challenges and explore ways to reduce emotional distress.
