Becky Williamson helps teens, adults, and older adults across Indiana navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and mental health concerns with empathy, practical support, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse at LifeStance Health, she provides individual and family therapy for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Becky believes in building strong therapeutic relationships where patients feel respected, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes that improve their quality of life.

Becky is especially passionate about helping individuals manage anxiety, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions, including midlife and later-life changes. She also works with patients navigating chronic medical conditions, pain management concerns, reproductive challenges, and sleep difficulties that may impact emotional wellness. Her background in both mental health and nursing allows her to take a holistic approach that recognizes the important connection between physical and emotional health.

Her therapeutic style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Becky also provides family therapy and parenting support when appropriate. In addition to her primary specialties, she works with military veterans, first responders, and individuals connected to adoption and foster care experiences, while also offering support for bipolar disorder, grief, school avoidance, and additional mental health needs.

Becky earned degrees from the University of South Florida and Ball State University and has been practicing since 2003. With more than two decades of experience, she remains committed to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care to patients throughout Indiana.

Outside of her professional work, Becky enjoys tabletop gaming, role-playing games, video games, reading, spending time outdoors, and being around animals. She values maintaining strong connections with family and friends and appreciates activities that encourage creativity, relaxation, and meaningful connection.
