Jennifer Singer, MA, LMFT
Specializes In:
Jennifer Singer, LMFT, helps individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships, navigate emotional challenges, and find practical paths forward in their mental health journey. Practicing at LifeStance Health in Indiana, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to support children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors as they work toward greater stability, insight, and connection.
Jennifer brings a thoughtful and relational approach to therapy, with a focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She also has extensive experience supporting couples who are working through communication challenges, life transitions, and relationship stressors. Her work is grounded in understanding each person’s unique experiences while helping clients develop coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being. In addition to these primary areas, Jennifer offers support for a wide range of additional mental health concerns.
A particular passion of Jennifer’s work involves supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands the challenges that can arise during this transition and focuses on helping clients regain a sense of safety, confidence, and continuity in care. Her goal is to provide structured, supportive therapy that helps clients stabilize, process their experiences, and move forward with clarity and hope.
Jennifer utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples and Marital Counseling, and Family Therapy. She has experience working with individuals from adoption and foster care backgrounds, those on the autism spectrum, and first responders, while also supporting many other populations. Her approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer enjoys playing the piano, reading, gardening, cooking, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. These interests help her stay grounded and balanced, both personally and professionally.
