About Lillian Dye (She/Her)

Lillian Dye, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, helps adults and seniors in Indiana navigate life’s challenges with compassionate, individualized mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy designed to help clients build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and move toward meaningful change.

Lillian specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also offering care for additional mental health concerns. She works with military members and veterans and tailors therapy to each person’s experiences, needs, and goals.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Lillian creates a supportive environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and build skills that support lasting progress.

Outside of her clinical work, Lillian enjoys spending time outdoors, including boating, hiking, and relaxing around bonfires. She also enjoys reading, traveling to new places, exploring with friends, and creating meaningful experiences.
