Pam Zirkle, LMHC
Pam is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy to individuals across Indiana since 2016. Pam’s approach centers on building a strong provider-client relationship, fostering trust, and understanding with each patient. Pam focuses on ensuring that each client feels heard, validated and comfortable.
Pam has been working with clients for 10 years and her experience has been with individuals of all ages and mental health issues. Her treatment focus is depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual dysfunction, couples’ issues, grief, SA, DV, sexuality and gender identity. Pam’s treatment approach is person centered focusing on the client’s individual needs. Pam uses various treatment modalities, such as, DBT, CBT, Trauma-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Pam works collaboratively with her clients to create realistic goals for treatment to feel successful.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her dog, being a foodie and traveling when possible.
