Ms. Chambers has 18 years experience in mental health, with 10 years working as a therapist, primarily in outpatient settings. She has her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapist (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and uses a trauma informed care approach. She has experience working with adults with anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, depression, LGBTQIA, women’s issues, stress management.
