Sara Evans is a LMHC who has been providing treatment to a diverse group of clients in a variety of outpatient settings since 2014. She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Sara practices as a generalist, but has the most extensive experience with depression, anxiety, trauma related concerns, personality disorders, perfectionism and grief and loss. She practices using interpersonal and feminist approaches as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution focused therapies, and trauma informed care. Sara also utilizes self-compassion as an integral part of her therapeutic approach. She works with adolescents and adults to assist them in making change in identified areas of potential growth.

In her free time Sara enjoys exploring and learning about different approaches to healing and growth, yoga, cooking, baking, live music, and spending time outdoors.
