I have a wealth of clinical knowledge as a result of my previous employment at The Artful Life Counselling Center, Lahey Health Behavioral Services, Tewksbury State Hospital, RAINN, and HRI Hospital. My preferred therapeutic modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I have experience conducting individual, family, and group therapy, both in person and via telehealth, to children, adolescents, and adults.
