Brendan Davidson helps adults and older adults across Massachusetts navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy tailored to each person’s goals, whether they are managing anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma. Brendan believes effective therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and respect, creating a space where clients feel heard and supported as they work toward improved mental health and well-being.

Brendan is especially passionate about supporting individuals through ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. He understands that challenges in attention, focus, emotional regulation, and past experiences can affect every aspect of life. His approach helps clients better understand their patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. Whether someone is navigating a significant life change, processing difficult experiences, or seeking better ways to manage daily stressors, Brendan works alongside them to foster growth and lasting progress.

In addition to his focus on ADHD and trauma, Brendan treats a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression, while offering support to LGBTQ+ individuals and other diverse populations. He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and parenting skills interventions when appropriate. He also offers support for additional concerns beyond these areas to meet the unique needs of each client.

Brendan began practicing in 2021 and brings a thoughtful, person-centered perspective informed by his education at Bridgewater State University and Bates College. He is committed to helping clients identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.

Outside of his clinical work, Brendan enjoys playing and composing music, spending time outdoors in nature, playing pickleball, and participating in tabletop gaming with a close group of friends. These interests help him maintain balance and bring creativity, curiosity, and connection into his work with clients.

Brendan welcomes adults and seniors throughout Massachusetts who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Through LifeStance Health, he is dedicated to helping clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
