Helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence, Stephanie Sheridan Gopale provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for patients throughout Massachusetts. She works with adults across a wide range of concerns, helping individuals understand patterns that may be affecting their emotional well-being while building practical skills for lasting change. Stephanie creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward their personal goals.

Stephanie is especially passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions. She understands that these experiences can affect every aspect of daily life, including relationships, physical health, work performance, and self-esteem. Through a collaborative therapeutic approach, she helps patients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate greater emotional balance. Her goal is to help patients reconnect with their strengths and create meaningful, sustainable progress.

In addition to these focus areas, Stephanie works with adults facing depression, ADHD, grief, substance use concerns, chronic health conditions, pain management challenges, and sleep difficulties. She integrates therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. She also offers support for individuals navigating midlife transitions and other significant life changes, recognizing that growth and healing often emerge from times of uncertainty.

Stephanie began practicing in 2021 and earned her education through Arizona State University. At LifeStance Health, she is committed to providing personalized mental health care that reflects each patient’s values, experiences, and goals.

Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, hiking and exploring nature trails, meditation, cooking, and learning about history and the natural world. She values opportunities to slow down, spend time outdoors, travel, read, and connect with new ideas and perspectives, experiences that continually deepen her appreciation for personal growth and lifelong learning.

Stephanie is proud to serve adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, trauma, depression, or a significant life transition, she is dedicated to helping patients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
