About Cleo Gordon (She/Her)
Cleo Gordon, LCSW, provides compassionate, non-judgmental, trauma-informed therapy to individuals across Massachusetts. She is dedicated to helping youth and adults navigate life’s challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Cleo takes an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Her focus is on helping individuals overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. Cleo’s practice serves clients from diverse backgrounds, with a special emphasis on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those impacted by discrimination.
She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to create a well-rounded approach to care.
Outside of her practice at LifeStance Health, Cleo enjoys making art, listening to music, and spending time in nature. Serving patients across Massachusetts, she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve greater emotional well-being and fulfillment.
