Brianna Pearson helps teens and adults across Massachusetts navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions through thoughtful, compassionate therapy at LifeStance Health. She creates a supportive and collaborative space where patients can explore their experiences openly, build healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful emotional growth. Brianna provides individual therapy tailored to each person’s unique goals, helping patients strengthen self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in their daily lives.

Brianna is especially passionate about supporting individuals working through gender identity concerns, trauma-related experiences, and women’s mental health issues. She understands that identity development, relationship dynamics, and life transitions can deeply affect emotional wellbeing and sense of self. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and practical skill-building, helping patients feel empowered while navigating change, stress, and uncertainty.

Her work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help patients better understand thought patterns, regulate emotions, and develop healthier responses to life’s challenges. Brianna also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and midlife transitions, while offering additional support for a range of mental health concerns. She has experience providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and strives to create an inclusive environment where patients feel respected, safe, and understood.

Since beginning her clinical practice in 2025, Brianna has focused on building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, curiosity, and collaboration. She earned her education through Northeastern University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she developed a foundation in evidence-based mental health care and patient-centered treatment.

Outside of her clinical work, Brianna enjoys crafting, crocheting, baking, cooking, exploring the Northeast, thrifting, and fashion. She values creativity and connection in her personal life and brings warmth and curiosity into the therapeutic process.

Brianna Pearson provides individual therapy services for teens and adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health.
