Moe Karroumi, Therapist

Moe Karroumi, MSW, LCSW

Moe Karroumi helps adults across Massachusetts build resilience, reduce distress, and create meaningful change through evidence-based mental health care. At LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges and develop practical strategies for everyday life.

He has a strong clinical focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Moe works with diverse adult populations, including first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and military veterans, and understands the unique stressors and experiences these communities may face. His approach emphasizes skill-building, emotional awareness, and values-driven action to support lasting progress.

Moe is particularly dedicated to helping individuals manage overwhelming emotions, process trauma, and regain a sense of control and direction. He integrates mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral techniques to help clients better understand patterns, improve coping, and strengthen overall mental wellness.

He holds a Licensed Certified Social Worker credential and completed his education at Lesley University and Salem State University. Moe is also fluent in Arabic and French, which allows him to connect with a broader range of clients and provide culturally responsive care.

Outside of his clinical work, Moe values lifelong learning and enjoys spending time outdoors to recharge through camping, skiing, and hiking.
