About Lea Perry (She/Her)

Lea Perry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2016. Lea is experienced in client centered trauma focused treatment, which includes dissociation, triggers, and crisis intervention. She offers many different modalities for treatment in order to meet clients’ individual preferences and needs, such as DBT, CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Expressive Therapies. Lea also offers and teaches mindfulness skills, meditation, psychotherapy, setting SMART goals and behavioral activation techniques. For families and children, she offers play therapy and experience with implementing the ARC (Attachment, Regulation & Competency model). Lea has experience working with diverse populations of all ages and really enjoys working with anyone who is motivated to do the work. She uses a client centered collaborative approach and has a lot of experience creating treatment plans based on clients’ hopes for change and healing. Lea’s specialty is in PTSD, depression, anxiety, and skills work. She has experience with clients of all ages from diverse backgrounds. Lea has experience with many different mental health and medical diagnoses. She has many years of experience working with children 8 weeks to 18 years old and their families. Lea is also experienced in ADHD, ASD, and executive functioning deficits. Outside of work, Lea enjoys taking walks, being in nature and animals. Her hobbies are caring for her houseplants, gardening, polymer clay sculpture and photography.
