Caroline Maguire, MA,
About Caroline Maguire (She/Her)
Caroline Maguire helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills to manage emotional challenges, strengthen resilience, and improve overall well-being. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to patients throughout Massachusetts. Caroline works collaboratively with each individual to create a treatment approach tailored to their unique goals, helping them navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while fostering lasting personal growth.
Caroline has a particular interest in supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and PTSD/trauma. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, work, school performance, and daily functioning, and she helps patients develop effective strategies to reduce distress and regain a sense of confidence and control. Her approach focuses on empowering clients with practical tools that can be used both inside and outside of therapy sessions.
Using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Caroline provides individualized care that meets clients where they are in their mental health journey. She offers individual therapy and incorporates psychological testing when clinically appropriate. Caroline also has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, depression, and women’s mental health concerns, while offering additional treatment for a broad range of emotional and behavioral health needs. She works with diverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Caroline believes that effective therapy is built on trust, collaboration, and genuine understanding. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported as they work through life’s challenges. Whether helping a teen navigate school-related difficulties, supporting an adult through a major life transition, or assisting someone coping with grief or postpartum anxiety, Caroline focuses on helping each person identify strengths and achieve meaningful progress.
She earned her education from the University of Vermont and Fisher College, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals across the lifespan with a wide variety of mental health concerns.
Outside of her professional work, Caroline enjoys playing pickleball, reading, solving puzzles, and spending time with animals. These interests reflect her appreciation for balance, curiosity, and meaningful connection in daily life.
Caroline is dedicated to helping individuals and families across Massachusetts improve their mental health, strengthen coping skills, and live more fulfilling lives. Whether seeking therapy for anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, ADHD, or other behavioral health concerns, patients can expect thoughtful, personalized care grounded in clinical expertise and compassion.
