About Emma Keidel (She/Her)
Emma Keidel, LICSW, provides a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy for adults. She works with clients to identify goals and treatment strategies, utilizing modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as strengths-based and mindfulness-based interventions. Emma sees clients as the experts in their own experiences and seeks to empower them in treatment. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, depression, relationships, and adjustment difficulties. She is neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming.
