About Ms. Rachael Goldfarb (She/Her)

Rachael P. Goldfarb helps adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies that support lasting emotional well-being. As a therapist with LifeStance Health, she works with adults throughout Massachusetts who are seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and women’s issues, as well as other mental health and life transition challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s goals, helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Rachael is particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing midlife transitions, a time that can bring significant personal, family, career, or identity-related changes. She understands that periods of transition often come with uncertainty, stress, grief, or shifting priorities. By providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space, she helps clients process these experiences, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, and mindfulness-based techniques, Rachael works with clients to better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. She supports individuals facing mood concerns, life stressors, and sleep-related difficulties while empowering them with practical tools they can use in everyday life. In addition to her core areas of expertise, she offers support for a variety of other mental health concerns and personal growth goals.

Rachael earned her education from Boston College School of Social Work and Wellesley College. Her clinical work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and a belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support and resources.

Outside of her professional practice, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, attending theatre productions, and exploring pop culture. These interests help her stay connected to creativity, community, and the experiences that bring meaning and joy to everyday life.

Through her work with LifeStance Health, Rachael is committed to helping adults across Massachusetts improve their mental health, strengthen their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
