Helping adults across Massachusetts navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being is at the heart of Cynthia Leduc’s work at LifeStance Health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she provides individual therapy for adults and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and other emotional or life adjustment difficulties. Cynthia creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Cynthia is especially passionate about helping individuals through life transitions. Whether someone is facing midlife changes, an empty nest, retirement, later-life adjustments, reproductive challenges, or the emotional impact of changing health conditions, she works collaboratively with clients to build coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and discover new opportunities for growth. She understands that major transitions can bring uncertainty, loss, and stress, while also creating space for renewal and personal development.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, Cynthia tailors treatment to each individual’s goals and circumstances. She also has experience supporting adults navigating trauma, women’s issues, hoarding behaviors, and complex emotional concerns, offering additional areas of expertise to meet a variety of mental health needs. Cynthia welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those connected to adoption and foster care experiences.

Since beginning her clinical practice in 2016, Cynthia has remained committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care that helps people develop practical tools for managing stress, improving relationships, and enhancing overall mental wellness.

Outside of her professional work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with horses and is an avid equestrian. She also enjoys racquet sports, including tennis and pickleball, and has recently embraced the growing popularity of Mah Jong. These interests help her maintain balance and bring a sense of energy and perspective to her work with clients.

Cynthia serves adults and older adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health. She welcomes the opportunity to partner with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and other mental health concerns.
