I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with five years of experience

providing remote and in person therapy. I earned my Bachelor of Science in

Counseling from Lesley University and my Master’s Degree in Mental Health

Counseling from Cambridge College.

I believe counseling is a space to gain insight, build resilience, and receive the

support needed to create meaningful and positive change. I primarily work with

young adults, adults, and older adults, experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression,

family conflict, stress management challenges, burnout, and self-care difficulties.

I also enjoy supporting fellow therapists.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s

needs. I integrate a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches, including

Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical

Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),

mindfulness, and holistic techniques to best support each client’s goals and

growth. I strive to create a supportive environment while also providing honest

feedback when appropriate.
