Julia Rodriguez is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2019 specializing in depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, peer conflict/bullying, stress/worry, self-harm, self-esteem, and school related issues. Julia has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Julia uses a client centered approach with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In her free time, Julia enjoys hiking, playing with her dog, and painting. Julia has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
