About Gary Bingham

Gary Bingham is Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine who has been practicing since 2008. He has a Master of Arts in Counselor Education. Gary has a rich background that parallels common mental health and substance use concerns that are prevalent in today’s society. For example, Gary has more than 16 years of experience working with clients struggling with mental health concerns, he has also worked in an intensive substance use treatment program for many years as a clinician, and as the manager of the program as well. Gary also specializes in trauma treatment. He is able to work with people from an eclectic perspective that pulls from CBT, TIR, MI, Person-Centered, Stoicism, and Talk paradigms. Outside of work, Gary enjoys golf, motorcycling, bicycling, bowling, working out, and time with family.
